It had great location, right by nice quiet area away from Eastbourne centre as well as a popular and well run pub with good food and Harvey's beer.

The hotel was in a perfect location, in an independent friendly family local pub. I had beautifully presented, brand-new room complete with a great shower, huge shower stall, as for instance.

We thoroughly enjoyed the double room which was large with a good shower. The location for Eastbourne was marvellous, so close to the cliffs and coastline resorts, the town centre, and the seafront and town centre.

The units were recently refurbished and the staff were attentive people from different member of staff. The bathroom was reasonably clean and the beds extremely comfy.

Everything was very good, including fairly friendly and amicable staff from different member of staff. Queen room with a copper bath, had basic facilities we needed. There were an electric kettle and fridges too. The location was great for Eastbourne, near quiet residential area close to the water, and the top promenade which links down to the other two promenades.

The location of the hotel was awesome, on coast. On the whole delicious food; Xing Fu was in the vicinity. The idea to include an electric kettle and fridges in the king room was nice.

King room with a comfortable bed and a good shower was ready when we arrived. The room had a multi-channel television, a dining area, and ironing facilities plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures.

Disappointing aspect was cold bathroom.

Peaceful location with restaurants and bars walk from the place. Tasty food, a nice size room with nice modern bathroom and a great shower.

The location was great there, in a beautiful pub within walking distance to the beach. Plus, it was just next door to South Downs Way and the town centre.

We stayed for weekend and would happily return. The location near to the centre of town was quiet for us. Ate at Xing Fu, it's not too far from the venue.

The room was bright and clean, with a beautiful copper roll top bath. We couldn't resist taking a soak in it! The breakfast served was absolutely delicious and the staff were very friendly and attentive. We also loved the convenience of the location, being close to the beach and within walking distance of other attractions.

The food service on Christmas Day ended quite early, at 5.45pm, which was a bit disappointing as we were hoping to enjoy a nice dinner later in the evening. It would have been helpful if this information had been provided in advance, so that we could have planned accordingly and made other arrangements.

The breakfast was delicious with quality produce, the food was FAB. Location: the hotel was just off the sea front, the centre and Beachy Head. Being a short walk from Xing Fu was nice, we had dinner there.
